If I close my Ubisoft Connect account and create a new one, My Steam games with Ubisoft Connect no longer valid?
If I close my Ubisoft Connect account, will my games on Steam that require Ubisoft Connect will no longer be valid, or will I have to create a new Ubisoft Connect account for the Steam games that require Ubisoft Connect to work again, or will I have to rebuy those games. The reason I asked this is because I have a few invalid games showing up in my Ubisoft Connect account's library. These games I purchased through Steam , did play them, and a few hours after purchasing them through Steam, I request them to be removed from my Steam account and a refund on them, got the refund and they were removed from my Steam library, but they still show up in my Ubisoft Connect library, despite be recognized as invalid due to no license to the game when I click on them. I contacted Ubisoft a few times about wanting to remove games from my Ubisoft Connect Library but they said to me that I can't delete those games from my Ubisoft Connect account but I can hide them from my Ubisoft Connect library but the issue with that is that if I ever reinstall Ubisoft Connect, those games that I hid will show up again, whether they are recognized as invalid or not. I just want to close my Ubisoft Connect account, start a new one with an empty library, and then any game in my Steam library that requires Ubisoft Connect, to link over and work in my new Ubisoft Connect account. Will I lose access to my Steam games that require Ubisoft Connect if I do this, even if I link my new Ubisoft Connect account to Steam?

Correct. You will lose access to the games.

You would have to link a new Ubisoft account before you close the old one.

Yes.
You most likely would need to contact the Ubisoft support to ask if it is possible to transfer the linked licenses to another ubi account.

Most likely it wont be done but you could always ask.

Correct. Contact Ubisoft Support about this. They would know more on what to do.

Ubisosft is in deep financial trouble right now. Rightfully so. I would not count on this being fixed any time soon.

If you treat your playerbase like doggie doo doo dont be surprised if they stop buying your games.

Calling all gamers pirates is not nice either. I forget nothing.
