What timezone is STEAM market on?
I am on CET timezone, and my purchased items have a ''Tradable & Marketable After: Mar 04, 2015 (13:35:22)'' stamp on them.
What timezone is it calculated in, since i still cannot trade those items, eve though it's 20:39 Mar, 04, 2015 ATM?
