I've only played Days Gone, but it was a great post apocalyptic zombie game. And clearing out hordes could be quite an adventure. Although early on your motorcycle has a thimble for a gas tank, but upgrades help that.

I would choose Control as it's a very unique experience and has become a favourite game of mine.

Days Gone would be my second pick.

Thinking about Control too. Just forced myself to finish Last of Us Part 2 and now looking for something actually insteresting

As for the other games, i do not like the hitman series, but control and days gone are brilliant games. Both good solid choices.
