Are you ready for 90 dollar games?
With Nintendo setting the new standard for game prices Steam and others are sure to follow suit. Personally I'm hoping this kicks off a video game crash. This industry has been spiraling for years and needs a reset.

Hah, 90 dollar games. By 2028, the American economy will be so thoroughly ruined, you can add a 0 to that.

Inflation...

You should be lucky we don't have the hyperinflation Zimbabwe had... 1 TRILLION Zimbabwe Dollar for a loaf of bread...

I'm not even paying the 70 dollars. I haven't bought a day one game in years. They can stuff all that. I wait for sales :steamhappy:
I stopped paying full price when they started charging $40

Give it two years. If you think the American Economy isn't going to collapse soon, you'd be very wrong. We aren't the only game in town and the rest of the world is looking towards BRICS rather than the US.
Stop buying AAA games. Buy Indie instead. They're much better in price and quality

Definitely some dark times ahead. Between our politicians sending all of our money to Ukraine and Israel as well as the endless waves of immigrates things aren't looking good. The economy certainly never stood a chance.

I'll just wait until they reach circa 75% discount. I'm very picky but also very patient.

Problem with Nintendo is that they are convicted price fixers, and the prices of their games never go down.

We send a pittance of money to both of those countries compared to the size of the economy.

The real problem is going to be antagonizing every trading partner and ally with tariffs and then increasing them in retribution when they respond in kind.

Lots of people are about to find out how the president could bankrupt multiple casinos.
