Refund requests

I requested a refund for Verdun more than 48 hours ago. I have received an email from Steam saying they have received my request but I haven't had anything further from Steam on this matter. I know it's Christmas but I thought this was an automatic process?

the auto part is the system checking hours played and time since purchase. all refunds are still checked by a human.

The acceptance is, but everything beyond that isn't. Refunds can easily take up to 1 or 2 weeks.

But yah, patience. Especially when there's a sale going on.

24 hours is not guaranteed and shouldn't be relied on during sale periods.

Entirely depends where do you want to get it refunded. If to Wallet, then money are available after 24-48 hours.
