No. It will just be automatically removed from your library when Valve have approved the refund request.

I don't know whether or not uninstalling first affects the refund at all, but there are two reasons you might as well do it before the request:

1. Once it is out of your library, I don't know if the uninstall will be the same or as "clean" a removal.

2. If you are getting a refund, why would you keep it installed anyway?

Valve did approved the refund request. but there is still no money and the game is in my list

well maybe its right to be not so lazy and just delete the game from pc

Free weekend games stay in your library until they're uninstalled, but the "Play" button reads "Purchase" instead. Expect it will be the same.

It'll be auto-removed in due-course and the money will be returned to your payment method in upto 7 days.

Yes
Any way so or so deleting it may have been good, as you cant play it any way no reason to keep it, but so or so Valve have removed it from the libary, so you cant play it, even if the files are there

The game will remain in your library until you uninstall it. However, the "play" button will be replaced by a "purchase" button.

The game doesn't uninstall itself upon a refund. The files are worthless without owning the game so you may as well uninstall them as you wont be able to access the game.

I routinely uninstall, remove the content and (mainly because I don't like my library cluttered looking) then hide the programs. I also remove the folder from steamapps. Can they still refund me, or does this create issues?

Since the license is the one refunded, whatever you do with the files locally don't matter.

P.S. Hiding the game isn't necessary. If it's not tied to your account and it's uninstalled, it should disappear from the list entirely.
