banned from pubg, gigabyte traffic control

bought gigabyte made PC. started or downloaded gigabyte control center to monitor PC, it included afosspeed traffic control. promoted itself as providing efficiency to PC.
Started having log in and what looked like timestamp issues. stared investigating my pc for issues. pubg one of the only games to allow me in. after about a week i was informed i was permanently banned from pubg due violation of terms of service. asked pubg what the issue was? never given clear answer. vague response about cheat/ hack software.
After seeing the word accelerator somewhere else i removed afosspeed and all my log in issues disappeared. however i am still banned from pubg. hoping that by posting this, it helps others that may have accidentally used afosspeed traffic controller.

this is not about the ban. i didn't get banned because i was trying to hack/cheat something. i started software that i did not know was going to get me banned. MY BAD. i was hoping to start a discussion to see if other people have had the same issue or similar issues as mine and how we as a group can address this in the future without creating innocent victims. you can't really start a discussion without a little background info as a starting point... and that's what i provided a starting point for discussion. which will never happen since you censored it.

learn and now move on. This is between you and the game staff that banned you. This is not the place for a discussion about it. Move on.

The thing is, if Gigabyte's software triggered a ban in any game, you need to take it up with Gigabyte and PUBG so they can investigate it.

No one on the forums can investigate this properly.

If PUBG won't give you answers, go to Gigabyte and ask about their software conflicting.

No one here can help you. You have to talk to the game developers and moderation staff. Almost every game ban for cheating is permanent and never rescinded. Best to just move on.

Also, the 2 steam related sub-forums are users only, there are ZERO Steam or Valve Staff or employees in these 2 sub-forums.
