The thing is, if Gigabyte's software triggered a ban in any game, you need to take it up with Gigabyte and PUBG so they can investigate it.
No one on the forums can investigate this properly.
If PUBG won't give you answers, go to Gigabyte and ask about their software conflicting.
No one here can help you. You have to talk to the game developers and moderation staff. Almost every game ban for cheating is permanent and never rescinded. Best to just move on.
Also, the 2 steam related sub-forums are users only, there are ZERO Steam or Valve Staff or employees in these 2 sub-forums.
