Steam randomly disconnecting and reconnecting frequently

Every x minutes my steam will disconnect & reconnect, nothing else gives issues.
No issues with network or ping while gaming, monitoring my internet connection gives no indications.

Discord calls are still fine while it disconnects and reconnects for a few seconds and it always quits me out when playing a game that’s hosted by friends from steam but some how playing CS2 is fine but it always makes me leave the party.

My friends list activities also keeps popping up as it reconnects again. The disconnection and reconnection of steam happens pretty frequently like sometimes it happens after 5 minutes or 10-20 minutes.
