Only violent thing is sometimes space whales eat your towns. I do not consider it violent as the space whales is just a animal in the game.
If you like colony building, Terraformers is a good non-violent game, but mostly about terraforming Mars and has very little representation of space travel.
How about Oxygen Not Included? It's a nice, wholesome space-colonization sim.
Really untouched market there. Even something like Satisfactory (which is almost solely around industrialization and base building) has a semblance of violence to it, with aggressive fauna.
