This is legitimate advice, by the way. I'm telling you to do this because it's a real thing. I'm not setting up some kind of puerile joke.
So when OP touches grass he will realize that not all games are bad? Wtf does "touch grass" even mean to you?
Maybe you should change your pfp to a parrot instead of a dinosaur.
Even if Valve launched Steam tomorrow, they wouldn't go out of business because you don't like the games they sell. Take a break from gaming. Go outside and enjoy some sunshine for a bit. Even a brief walk under a winter sun would be good. If you can't do that, read a book. Draw something, write something. It doesn't have to be a masterpiece. Just turn your screen off for a while.
Indie games on the other hand, try new things, but not always sell good, or have good mechanics. Then big companies go after them. Look what nintendo did to Palworld over infringement on ball throwing mechanic. Due to this, palworld had to change this mechanic in their game.
This will make more indie studios more nervous about big companies going after them, squashing innovation on the indie scene. And that is why games right now are so bad.
That's how you'd skip "Battletech" though, one of the better turn-based games with mech customization. Pronoun selection is pointless anyway, because your character is addressed either as "you" or by the custom name you gave them anyway. You're never seeing the pronoun past the selection screen.
Yeah your ass is woke. You got that right.
Ask the developer, publisher of those 3rd party games.
