Not on a mobile version of a video card, more than likely. I can also say that on a much, MUCH better system than this, a desktop, running windows 7 is likely why I have had such issues with the game even on a proper system.

You don't totally need the premium version althought it's very usefull, if you play late during the night there is very low queue,almost none, and you can just do 1 hour playtrhough everytime.
yeah , If Op got a fast and Reliable Internet connection Geforce NOW or stadia might be a good option. Unless upgrading is an option.
