I agree with everything you said, Silver Surfer is by far one of my favorite Marvel characters. Had the Silver Surfer Bapes when they came out, loved the old show back in the day.. I watched it again recently on Disney+ it was awesome.
I wished for a game like Arkham City about 15 years ago when Batman Begins came out on PS2, and all we had were ♥♥♥♥♥♥ Batman games.
I said, "What if we had an open city Batman game where you actually do things Batman would do, like pick up clues that would help you solve crimes and lead you to various super criminal lairs, instead of these linear crap fests that they keep making??"
I never put the idea out there, but it happened a few years later anyways. I guess the technology just had to catch up.
In this case, the technology already. Of course, Silver Surfer isn't nearly as popular as Batman.
I think it would be both tons of fun to play and visually stunning at the same time.
We can always hope.
