Silver Surfer: the Video Game
I don't know where else to post this, but it needs to be said.

The NES version of the Silver Surfer is the only full game we've ever gotten. He deserves better.

He was also in Ultimate Alliance as a hidden character in a couple of versions (PSP only?), and maybe Rise pf the Silver Surfer for og Xbox/ PS2 (which I haven't played, but heard it sucks. Do I have it on Steam...?? I'll have to check).

So, I propose this:

An open universe Silver Surfer game where you hunt down planets to feed Galactus.

Game starts on Zenn-La, Norrin Radd makes the decision to save his planet by becoming Galactus' herald, the Silver Surfer.

Travel the universe anywhere you want, discovering planets and various alien species. Save them, or feed them to Galactus, affecting events later in the game.

Maybe end up discovering Earth and becoming confined there after championing it's cause? Maybe meet a few other Marvel super heroes? Maybe break free and go hunt down Galactus??

Power skill tree could reflect his discovering what he's able to do as he learns to utilise the power cosmic.

I want it.

And if it somehow happens, thank you.

PS... (In the unlikely event anyone actually reads this, I might as well throw this in there. I'm allowed to dream)
Silver Surfer the movie.
Green Lantern, similar open-universe game.
Marvel vs. DC the movie and a game/s (and not just a fighting game... but maybe a fighting game too???). Been waiting 25 years now. The graphic novel happened. It's a thing.

posting on the steam forums asking for a game to be made is not going to do anything. especially if the game involves licensed characters. you want to see a game made, take it up with the game developers, dont expect them to listen, they have their own games to make

I agree with everything you said, Silver Surfer is by far one of my favorite Marvel characters. Had the Silver Surfer Bapes when they came out, loved the old show back in the day.. I watched it again recently on Disney+ it was awesome.

Whatever. I'm just throwing it out there. Don't really care if anyone sees it or not. It will most likely be a thing someday when they run out of other ideas anyways. They just haven't gotten around to it.

I wished for a game like Arkham City about 15 years ago when Batman Begins came out on PS2, and all we had were ♥♥♥♥♥♥ Batman games.

I said, "What if we had an open city Batman game where you actually do things Batman would do, like pick up clues that would help you solve crimes and lead you to various super criminal lairs, instead of these linear crap fests that they keep making??"

I never put the idea out there, but it happened a few years later anyways. I guess the technology just had to catch up.

In this case, the technology already. Of course, Silver Surfer isn't nearly as popular as Batman.

Right on. He is an awesome character. On of my favourites as well.

I think it would be both tons of fun to play and visually stunning at the same time.

We can always hope.

Cheers!
