Unable to See Family Shared Games??

Hi,
I have been authorised on a family members steam account(family sharing) for over about 2 months now then yesterday steam decided to tell me I do not have access anymore... yet on the family members and my steam account we both are authorised...

WTF is going on... when I go to play a game from the family shared account it asked me do I want to request acceess, then I go yes and it gives me a failed prompt..

I can only see games I previously installed not the games I havnt..

Any ideas

Ask your family to reauthorise you it may be a bug it happens

I did, the only other way I can think of is to revoke access of my device and my account then redo it

but that will take another month for some reason

Why will that take so much time to do?
But on any case i am not really sure what it can be..

O ya did you try to maybe restart Steam?

make sure family view isnt on. because that has messed up my family sharing before. now we have that turned off

The reason it will take another month, is because i currently have all 5 of my family including Rampage shared with, so by deauthoizing steam thinks i am trying to add another memeber, and it will take up to 3 months of it to be authorized again. The first time trying to add Ramp, i had to wait almost 2 months for it to be authorized, because i removed another family memeber to allow room for Ramp, and because steam doesn't you to switch willy nilly, so there is a waiting period when you hit max cap.

do you have any ofhis games installed on his system i know when a bug happened to mine and a friedns family sharing i could request access from trying to play one of his games that was installed on my system and he recived a email and i was autherised again
