It’s genuinely amusing how you started firing off rapid comments once you realized Nightdive doesn’t actually own the games you were banking on. Not that it makes much of a difference, since the discussion has always been about how Battle.net stands out as more polished and doesn’t rely on shoveware dumps. You’ve also misunderstood my point about "a significant chunk"—I’m talking about high-value content. And honestly, I’ve never heard anyone treat Devolver Digital like they’re a heavyweight in the industry—it’s pretty funny.
I would never ignore you.
Also, Battle net is easy to hack. Trust me on this. I have tested this myself and it is easier than to hack than the PSN.
No i mean by someone accessing someone's else account and basically taking all their games. That is what i mean. I have had it done to me three times, and even found out how to do it myself, but never did it, but i did it myself to see if i could do it, and im not even a hackers, so that should tell you how poor their security is on battle net. Remember how they try to use those keyfob things with codes? At least those things worked for securing the accounts. Squre enix also does same thing with the FF MMO online thing. It just that is costs money to use them..ugh.
So yea, i would not trust linking my steam account to a place with poor security that can get hacked. Also i used one account on battle net as what i call a "DUMMY ACCOUNT" by basically having one with nothing on it to test the strength of a password i made. It was basically the one that got hacked for me.
Battle.net is just as secure as Steam, though Valve's fandom is notorious for weaving some pretty wild stories.
Most likely. I do not know how, but yea, most likely. I will admit i used to download alot of mods from seedy sites back then. Now im more careful when doing anything with mods, including running scan and checking on virustotal site.
Im not sure. I would have to check. I just searched for it by itself. Is it in a game collection or something? I could not find it.
That sucks since GOG started the preservation of old games program.
