Im not opening BL2 to take screesnhots since i dont want to accidentaly agree to that bs.
By the way: BL2 forums are that way: https://steamcommunity.com/app/49520
Edit: Now reading the whole TOS I came across the part the regular suspects are reeeeing about:
Translated to normal speak: "Don't be a ♥♥♥♥ in game"
Feel free to read more than the first paragraph.
Here is just a few screenshots of it.
https://imgur.com/a/ZMcCvb8
which does require you to provide name, address, and phone number, but since a DMCA request is an official legal declaration, you kind of have to. That's part of the process.
Where is this?
That, at least, is in the TOS, but that is essentially boiler plate legalese of any TOS these days. Steam had it for years before removing it just recently.
Where is this?
Where is this?
"Can't find the text YouTube in the entire file"
"Can't find the text smartphone in the entire file"
Search IP shows:
"We Reserve All Rights to our IP."
"You will not use IP proxying"
"Can't find the text gearbox in the entire file"

Where is the do not criticize Take-two or Gearbox?
Ah yes, the thing you're worried about. Number 8. The DMCA and Take-Down Requests part.
Or basically. "If you're going to engage in legal practices with us, we're going to need information so that we can be sure you're a real person and check to see if you do legally hold this copyright instead of some random person named Seymour Asses trying to get a patent troll going".
Guess what, you gotta do the same thing if you file a DMCA takedown on Youtube or... anywhere else.
Edit: Read the whole thing and if I someone over the legal driving limit of .08 can see that there's none of this, "Don't criticize gearbox" in the EULA... sober people have no excuse.
Your Personal Data from your Take-Two Account which includes all Data from your Google Account if you have signed in with a Google Account and agreed with their EULA.
Its stated on Section 2.1. This Section Also Includes " We Reserve All Rights to our IP".
I will post the other sections soon.
Bro, my Google Account thinks my Legal name is Stanley Steamer and that I was born on October 29... in 1952. Trust me when I say this. None of that is accurate. And before you ask, I am pretty ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sure I'm not 72.
