Actually Lost2 does have NSFW patch in store, but that only seen when you have adult search enable, but yes you're correct as long don't download the patch to the game it's not an adult game at all.
^This, and don't forget to uncheck the box for "Adult Only Sexual Content ".
In particular, the official classification on Steam doesn't use the tags; it's a separate setting. Tags often label games as "sexual content", "adult" etc. while they actually only have fanservice. That way, we have games with tags like nudity or sexual content, while their actual ESRB rating is "T"een...
