Grand Theft Auto: Vice City
Hi, am a big fan of Vice City and was hoping i can play it on Steam but was surprised that the game is blocked/unavailable in my region while San Andreas/IV & V are available which is weird to be honest. I was wondering if i can do something about it whitout any violation of ToS.
Thank you.

Ask your publisher to release it in your region, if they are legally able to.

Rockstart is responsible for setting up their games on Steam.
If the game doesn't have a regional price Rockstar has to set it.
If the game has regional restrictions Rockstar has set them and needs to remove them.

Steam has no saying in that.
You were talking to a support agent who has exactly zero knowledge about stuff that isn't in his wizard. They hear Steam, they will refer you to Steam and close the ticket getting a +1 in their productivity.

I messaged them back after you guys responded and said, "i understand that Steam support were no help. Can you login to Rockstar Games launcher, head over to the store, and see if GTA: Vice City is available for purchase? If it's available, we recommend purchasing the game through there."
It was a different sender than the last one, i don't know man i just wanna play the game, oh well.
