Again: you cannot run the game. Period.
You have a CPU that speaks in a different language than the game. You'd need an interpreter like Apple's Rosetta-2.
So if you are on a Mac, try running it on Big Sur or above. If that doesn't work, nothing will.
You can stream the game - please try Nvidia GforceNow - it supports Origin & Steam Apex Legends and runs very well on my Windows Arm64 PC. But there is also a native Mac OS X Client - also you can run it in Chrome Browser - https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce-now/
Please try it - you can test it without any costs, but have to wait for your slot / are limited for gameplay time, if you use a free account.
I have other x64 games running direct on my Windows arm64 PC - the new Windows10 insider Builds have a x64 emulation build in. But if the Launcher checks for the arichtecture, somebody would need to patch it.
(I am also running Windows ARMS on parallels mac m1)

Run the game in anti-cheat mode disabled works for me
