Wondering what you mean: Steam is a store. Valve recently released Alyx and is doing many other things actively (as opposed to quietly in the background for years).

Steam doesn't 'bring out' games. They host and sell them. There are hundreds of great games coming out every year. Whether you personally like them, that's 100% a you problem.
