Steam transfer my games from another home computer Instead to use my internet connection !
This is completely unacceptable, why you do this ? If I have a virus in my other computer will infect the new one ! . Who do you ask to do this ? I want answers! This is my account! You should ask me !

Iam sorry but it is responsible because I don’t want this feature! If this is on then the chances increased and I will transfer something that I don’t want from my old computer if I have both on ! The steam is responsible for this bad feature not me , and also the steam is responsible to turn this feature OFF , even if I close it the problem is the same again I have many computers on my house if I download the steam on another device this setting will not be saved as (OFF) and it will be (ON) again ! So this is not solution ! Steam should save this setting for my account to be (OFF) by default!

There is a simpler solution.......do not allow your other pcs to access each other trough your network.
That is something you need to setup in the first place either way, so if some bad files can transferred between all devices at your home it is your responsibility to ensure that nothing bad spreads between all of them.

No Iam not after steam released this idiot feature and also automatically changes settings to my account without my own permission ! Again this is completely unacceptable , steam should set this (OFF) for my own account! Or steam will pay if there’s a damage on my pcs

They aren't responsible for a virus on your computer going to another computer. As people stated, a virus doesn't root itself in game files, they will usually root themselves in system files.

Those files aren't transferred through Steam.

I knew it thank you so much Brian for confirm this so now I have proof if I have been infected by a virus the steam will buy a new computer for me it is responsible for that because it didn’t ask me first if I want to use this new feature ! Again this is my account !
No it won't.

There are no viruses on Steam, and it's dead easy to prove.

Valve regularly check all their uploads before uploading because they'd be sued to hell and back if they were negligent.

But here's the kicker how we know that no viruses are there. Because if there were WE'D ALL GET THEM.

And there are precisely zero reports outside yours saying of this matter. Ergo, you're wrong. If you have something you've picked it up elsewhere.

I don’t said that the steam games has virus , I said with this new feature that steam adds it can transfer a game from my old computer to new one with virus if I had one ! Because again this is not downloading from steam server it is local transferring !

Then in that case, you still can't do anything to Steam as that does not prove liability.

That's not how anything works.

Sorry but that's not how it works.

Reality doesn't change because you alone want it.

If you want it changed then you set it that way. Sorry and all that but that's how the world works.

Iam sorry but if world works like this then something really wrong with it because again it is my account steam should ask me first if I want to enable or disable this feature, so it should be off by default even if there is no virus they will use 100% my hdd drive and cpu power ! And also I don’t want this . Only the stupid people will use this feature!

Then you should perhaps educate yourself how things are in the world and what you've agreed to on the contract.

Because you HAVE agreed to these terms as this is how service contracts work.

And just because you don't see the benefit of such a feature does not mean it's stupid. That's a logical fallacy.

I'm sorry you don't like it, but again the world ain't going to change around you.

It a very useful feature if you have multiple PC in the same household and dont want to redownload the games on all the different systems.
I regularly use the function to transfer game files from my gaming desktop to my ROG ALLY handheld or my laptop.
Just because YOU are incapable of keeping basic computer security going and your systems are apparently virus/malware infected cesspools does not mean that the majority of users who actually know what they are doing have to miss out on this very useful function.

It asks if you want to download or transfer when you do the install.

Ok if your old pc had a virus then that virus came from something you downloaded or a site you went to so it would have nothing to do with steam at all. So no steam will not buy you a new pc since you infected your old pc by doing something that you shouldn't been doing.

Steam only transfers files from Steam\steamapps\common no other files are transferred between computers.

Just turn it off and go on about your day. No need to make a huge issue about it. It was on for me know what i did? Turned it off and went about my day even forgetting it was a thing till you mentioned it.
