the crew 2 for less than £1 on epic is it a scam ???

Same on steam, there was big drama over the Crew (first one) being shut down so they are doing this to try to get rid of some of that bad PR they got

thats what i was talking about, people was complaining about the CREW SCAM , and lots of people lost their game and unable to play or something ? what are peoples comments about the past and repeated mistakes ?

I mean Crew 1 was an online game and servers shut down years later, not really a scam. Same thing might happen to Crew 2, might not. They said they are looking into an offline mode but its not guaranteed.

Every online game eventually has their servers shut down, its hardly a scam

i also got warned about Need for speed on EA says online only and will be shutdown ? its silly without the offline mode enabled

Havent heard anything about Crew 2 being shut down, but its not my cup of tea so don't play it, can ask in the forums for the game

Seems they learned and are making an offline mode for the game.

Also, it is the same price on the Ubisoft store, if anyone wants to skip using Steam AND the Ubisoft launcher at the same time.

Worth the $1 if they're making offline mode.

Helps to read the news they wrote about why they're doing the discount before wondering if it's a scam, plus the Dev/Publisher literally controls the price.
