Anyone who had the Divinity: Original Sin download bug... it's now happening to other games...?

First, there was an update for Divinity: Original Sin... although likely not an actual update but one of those checks that Steam sometimes does. It often comes back with nonsense like not connected to the internet, or some other error, forever leaving a scheduled download.

Well... now it's happening to CSGO. Sorry... CS2.

So, if Valve could fix this little annoyance that'd be super dope.
