What do you mean with compromised?
Support does not just close tickets (unless you have already been banned or warned against sending too many support tickets in the past, only you know if that's happened). We do see hijacked accounts however, that the person who is controlling your account might be doing this themselves. But Support doesn't just close tickets rapidly.
Do these things, IN ORDER.
Scan for malware. https://www.malwarebytes.com/
Deauthorize all devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
Change your password on a secure device.
Generate new back up codes. https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
Revoke the api key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey
** If there is nothing in the API key area, that’s fine. If there IS something, remove it. Nothing should be there.**
No items that have been traded away during this time will be returned to you.
Change your Email’s password on your computer for safety
I think its because of i have send too many support tickets because i was not sure what they meant in the tickets, maybe i understood it wrong but i have proof now for what they asked me before. When am i able to create tickets again without them being deleted?
Did you bother reading ANY of this?
Check the API key first. Please.
If there's nothing there, still run a mal / virus scan on your computer.
If you have already been TOLD by steam support "this is a warning don't send more tickets" or "you cannot send any more tickets" then you really need to do those things above.
I haven't been warned like 'this is a warning ..' but it may be that my tickets are getting deleted because i have created a lot of them? Only thing i am wondering is, when will i be able to send tickets again without them being deleted? I only need help.
Follow the instructions Zekiran gave you, step by step, and don;t skip anything.
You aren;t going to be given a warning that a hijacker has control of some or all of your account.
If they do have control of some or all of your account, they will often close any support tickets you make. Your account may be compromised- meaning there may be another person who has access to your account password, login info, and can close and delete your support tickets before support even sees them.
This is not a direct line to Support- you are asking on a user forum- meaning you are talking to other gamers like yourself, not Valve/Steam employees.
Follow the instructions Zek gave you, to make sure your account does not get stolen from you completely.
The only device that manages my steam account is the one i am using, checked this via https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage. I changed my password for steam and both my e-mails for games. There is nothing wrong with it? Could it be possible that in a screen i send to steam support is another e-mail i am using and they think its someone else? So maybe thats why they keep deleting? Since no one else has access to my account?
There's a set of things you need to do to make sure your computer isn't compromised.
SUPPORT DOES NOT JUST UP AND DELETE REQUESTS.
A HIJACKER, HOWEVER, DOES.
Secure your account.
If there is anything at all listed in the API key, a scammer is in control of your account. Full stop.
