SteamCMD
ERROR! Timed out waiting for AppInfo update.
Is this for everyone with steamcmd?

This sounds like a network connectivity issue. Where is the server and if it's a home server, do you have a form of broadband Internet and is it wired or wireless?

Its a root server in Germany ( Frankfurt am Main ) and it has 1gb/s broadband :)

In the past this error meant Steam was doing maintenance.

Delete SteamCMD. Make a new folder on the main drive (C:\STEAMCMD) Download SteamCMD and install to the folder. Run the Steam Setup and attempt to install.

Which game (APPID) are you trying to install?
