This is not a good thing to see, it's crashing at the kernel level

Deep dive on reddit, some of them have helpful advice, dunno, I never had a crash issue other than 1 time when I had it on a external USB and it crashed cause the drive disconnected.
Further you can check your Event Viewer and see what other Diagnosis info you can google around for, it will be more hex numbers and serials
Clearing the download cache did nothing.
