Do I have to restart the download if my computer powers off?
Hi! I'm trying to install Stalker 2, but my internet is really slow. I want to leave the downloading overnight, but the power could just go off. Does the downloading progress save, or do I have to restart the download from the start when I turn my computer back on? :winter2019happyyul:

If your pc powers off during a game installing, most times you need to start at the beginning of downloading it all over. This is why i bought a UPS (Unlimited Power Supply). My house tends to have blackouts all the time to the point it ruined one of my pc's in the past before.

Yea, if it did not start all over you would get corrupted files downloading on your pc from the game, so it is better if the game starts downloading from the start.
