Free Sponsered Cheap Giveaways Keys are legitimate Or Not ?

There is no proof of purchase of cd key.
we have just two things one is key + steam confirmation message.
Various sites like reddi*,glea*,indiegal*,hr*,greengamin* & various others Do these kind of giveaway.
Are they grey market keys ? if not
can i add these keys in library ?

Greenmangaming is an authorized retailer from my understanding so needs to be 100% a ok
Indie gala I think is as well, but I am not 100% on that

Glean (right name) I think is a sit e that anyone can do giveaways on, if that is right can't really say if it's good or not

The keys are provided most of the times by developers to promote their game. Retailers also make giveaways to encourage people to make accounts on their platform. Steam did it too in the begining. I made my account on steam when i received a free valve game with my graphics card. I got allmost 200 games and dlc`s in the last year only from these types of giveaways and i can say that until now i didn`t have any problems.

Indiegala and Greenmangaming are safe and to some extent well known. As for Reddit, a little more complicated. For one the sub-reddit giveaway can be either sketchy or safe, then the person(s) who are doing a giveaway has/have to be questioned too. Redditors aren't sponsored or have connections to any publisher unless otherwise stated, so the game keys could be from any source.

You can check which sites are safe to get keys from by typing then posting the site name in the steam forum. As you can see indiegala and greenmangaming aren't censored so they are both safe. Same for Reddit.

Censored sites: "G"ame 2 "A"laska is censored if I type out the actual name. Here: G2A Therefore an untrustworthy key site. Same for kinguin. (king guin)

Bottom line: CD key site censored in this forum = sketchy /suspicious /generally unsafe.

the truth is none of these sites will ever be 100% safe, one of the most trusted sites greenmangaming has problems from time to time, i seem to recall them sending out invalid witcher 3 codes to people that bought them, but thats the small risk you take to possibly get games cheaper.

but GOG doesn't do steam keys. they sell GOG keys. they are trustyworthy as you said. they actually are owned or in the family of the company that makes the witcher series.
bundlestars is extremely trust worthy, humble bundle is awesome.

might was well put up uplay and origin and blizzard while we are making a list of trust worthy PC gaming platfroms and places to buy pc gamig keys from.
