Not knowing what at all this even means, could you maybe spell things out instead of using terms that may or may not be what other people think they are?

... if this is game-specific, post in that game's hub. If you mean actual game copies, it will absolutely depend on what game it is, and whether the product is considered an "upgrade" to an existing game, or if it is a completely different title that will have its own separate download. Without knowing that game? No clue, dude.

No, it shouldn't as it is the same game, but AE just includes paid mods.

Keep in mind that SE received a patch as well that broke SKSE and possibly other mods, so if you have saves using mods, it may cause issues when loading them or in the game.
