Olympics 2024 - No Steam sale a missed opporunity

Olympics come only every 4 years. Steam not having a sale on sports games is a huge missed opportunity and shows a lack of support for this epic event.

I would imagine there would be only olympics-related games on sale like that. We don't lose much in my opinion.

The Olympic Committee can set up an event is they wish to. Valve doesn't make events for the Olympics.

Developers are free to make their own events, but given what's happening not having that sort of sale is a really good from a PR standing right now.

We literally just wrapped up the summer sale not that long ago. Don't really need another Steam event right now.

If there any "Olympic Games' on Steam (don't know if there are, i have them on console) they should at least put those games on sale, though maybe they did.
