How to do voice impressions
I want to make my voice sound very english like John cleese and matt berry.

You need to try and copy how they speak. Its all just acting. Use your own 'normal' voice pitch, just talk like them.
Acting is the most important part, and also the only part people often skip out on when doing impressions.

After you have the 'act' correct, then you can start to adjust the voice pitch and such a little, if you can't act you can't copy them.

Listen to recordings from those people then talk & listen to yourself. Adjust your accent accordingly until you get to where you want to be.
