Steam backstabbed me

I recently tried to download rainbow six siege and it went perfectly, until today. When i woke up in this morning of this hour today i saw that siege (which took a day to download) had taken up to much space so i couldnt play it, so i uninstalled some games and now i have to download the 50 gigabites that is siege again. i hate my life

It tells you the size of install before downloading, then you add 30% for decompression etc.
