The Day Before changed to a FiveM Community?
Sometimes I check in SteamDB the page of The Day Before, and these last days they changed the Twitter link and added the Discord one (something that surprises me since now that server is from a Grand Theft Auto V community).

As a result of this I have checked all the social networks of Fntastic, and The Day Before now advertises betting pages and their FiveM Community.

This is not allowed. Why and how did this happen?

The game is no longer sold on steam so what's the issue?

Steam does not control 3rd party sites.

But how can they change their Twitter and Discord to something else?

By editing the stuff in their User control for the game?

That a game is not sold anymore does not mean that everything related to it gets removed, often only the store Page is disabled by the developer publisher.

Yeah, but Mytona/Fntastic changed their Discord and Twitter on the TDB Store page to a FiveM Community. Like how?

By putting that information into the store page. The game isn't sold anyone, but that doesn't mean editing the store page is disabled. If you have a problem with it, use the report tool.

They abused it to simply advertise a FiveM Community, crazy. I reported it.

They didn't?

The game's Discord link is a link to their Discord channel.

The Twitter link was just changed to the new X.com domain for Twitter, but it still goes to their Twitter page.

The only questionable link, which didn't change, was to the game's website which looks like it is no longer under their control and forwards to some online slot registration.

...and people reported that once the site was sold off to the gambling company, months ago.

I mean, you said you checked them. Even provided the SteamDB page showing exactly what they were changed to.

Yes, but it is still unclear why they changed their Discord invitation link on their Steam page, which now directs users to a FiveM Community Discord server.

When the official TDB Discord was removed, the vanity URL became available for others to claim. However, claiming this URL does NOT automatically update the link on their Steam page, this needs to be done by hand.

Why not just quietly report it to Valve rather than advertise it?

Well, the Discord link on the store page wasn't changed but newly added. What it actually points to, I would have to take your word for it as I don't regularly join Discords outside of the small handful I belong to, and even those I don't frequent much any more.

Really the answer to your question of "how?" is still the same. Someone still has control of the Steam account and can make changes to the store page as they wish. If you're asking why they would do that, since when has that company earned a good reputation?

Report the page how you see fit. Let Support figure it out, if needed.
