The other 2 you mentioned, are grey market sites and known to scam people out of their money so please, try to avoid them.
I think you are a bit confused. CDKeys is a website, the OP isn't talking about physical discs with a literal CD/steam key.
Anyway, OP, CDKeys and G2A are both considered grey market key resellers and not authorised key distributors. The sites listed on isthereanydeal are all legit, and CDKeys and G2A aren't on there for a reason. In fact, Steam even censors G2A. The problem with these sites is that there is always a chance your key is revoked because it was bought with a stolen card or something like that.
No where has it at any decent price at the moment, going by isthereanydeal. You can wait for a better sale, I would suggest doing so. On Steam, it goes on sale for 50% off fairly often.
