While trying to dowload Wallpaper stream my antivirus came up with this info; Trojan.GenericKD.72992858. Could anyone tell me what it is? Is it not save to dowload from stream?

Finds with names that containes Generic or Heuristic (or shorthands for them) are exactly that: generic faults discovered by heuristic analysis because they behave like malware. Trojans are a way to load ressources onto your machine without your knowledge. Which is exactly what you want a wallpaper stream to do.

So if you trust the program, it's a false positive.

You have anti-virus. You could technically just disinfect it and remove the trojan.

There shouldn't be any issues for something you paid for to do. It's classified as Trojan so it has a malware signature.
