Earth Defence Force
Hello! Is there any game from EDF franchise that let u fight kajius? The size of Godzilla for example? I always did dream about game i can fight Kajiu with military :D

EDF 5 has two different Kaiju to fight. You even get to go pacific rim with a mech later on.

All of them except Insect Armageddon should. The very first game already featured the Vallak[theearthdefenseforce.fandom.com] and a similar creature (Greater Dragon, Erginus) is featured in the sequels.
But they are moe like boss levels in what otherwise is mostly a horde mode.
