There are certain LFG (Looking for Groups) in games on these forums, so your best bet is likely to check on whatever game you want to play. Each game obviously has their own forums here.

Outside of that have you tried any of the online courses like Duolingo? I've heard they can be quite good.

The best way of learning to speak English is to voice chat with those that natively speaks it, or fluent in it.

You get better at it the more you casually hold conversation, just talking about things into, maybe games, movies, books, or etc. Never be afraid to ask questions, or share things like talking about difference between one country to another, as you learn things about the world how people can think differently, and so on.

The way I learned English as a child was by watching a lot of TV with English speaking characters but with my native language's subtitles.

Subtitles aren't always perfect translations, but hearing people pronounce the words and using words in a context you can visually connect to really helps with learning. At least for me.
youtube have lots of language learning courses....

I'm learning sourdough

3 months? man, you need to start from the very beginning. and you need books, grammar. talking won't help you. you need vocabulary and grammar first, then audio/video and talk when you have something to say
you said it's hispanic community. is it within English speaking area? if yes, disown your community till the test and live in English community while you study and actively communicate with people around. that's the best way to learn fast. 3 months is just about right to grasp basics and to be fluent on basic topics.
