How do Disable Shader Pre-Caching.

Shader pre caching in Steam, just downloads the latest shaders for that game. A game will still load shaders normally though.

You clearly are a low tech noob windows user so shut up. Shader pre-caching does make people wait at least 40 mins to load everytime game is opened. Don't talk when you don't know.
