Points shop

Hi, I activated Hyperdeminsion Neptunia U, played for 2 hours, but if I want buy emotes and some backgrounds from Points Shop, it shows that I need to own the game, which I already own. What can I do with it?

Glitch (possible steam is buggy), went to wrong game, or maybe it takes awhile to register as owned. Guess you can bug steam support if none of that is it

Are you looking at the correct items? Shows no such error for me for those items.

Yep, I get there through link in game in library

It's more than 24hours of activating. Bought out of Steam, so this can be problem. Maybe if I buy DLCs in future, it'll repair, but never problem with this way of activating before.

Odd. Might be it's slow to update ownership as sumolagann suggested, servers seem to be slow today as well. Did you purchase the game yesterday?

yep. Activated through key to be exact

yep. Activated through key to be exact

Try this:
Go to the game store page, add the game to cart.
Then go to cart and delete the item.
Upon deleted, go back with backarrow 2-3 times.
Now lets see if the game is marked as owned ;)

Try logging out of the client and then back in, or just shut the client down and restart it. Sometimes there are sync issues that can be resolved by doing that.

I tried just close and open client.
