Loot boxes or any type of "skin" gamble in-game, whatever game it may be is always biased in favor of the developer. So chances of getting something good are low.

In fact, PUBG provides % values for your chances. Battlestats weapons are roughly 1% from the crate.Progressive weapon is less than that (0.9%) and chroma skin for those is ever lower (0.4%).

Black Market caches have even lower chances for the best loot

I don't see how you think this is a scam. Also, how did you even manage to buy those things? People are saying it's not even possible as Steam doesn't sell those items. So what's going on here?

He's speaking on PUBG's Skin-only event, upset that he didn't get any items for an event not hosted on Steam, mainly about not getting any weapons, in an event that took place that only awarded skins.

...Dude is upset he only got weapon skins in a weapon skin event for PUBG....

Couldn't blame ever the culture that brought us Monty Python. Speaking of which, is there a meaning behind that "fresh Albatross" sketch in their Hollywood Bowl show? I can't find anything that makes sense.
