Can we still have a full game when the early access is over?

Yes, of course. If you read the EA faq, you would know this.

Early Access isn't a separate version of the game. It's the game. If it manages to leave Early Access, your edition is updated to the full release version of the game. And then updated further weeks or months later, with bug fixes and responses to feedback, if my experience is anything to go by.

You get whatever state the game is in once the developers stop developing it (regardless of whether it finally releases or not). It may never release, or it may change completely - that is part of early access.

IT clearly says this in the big blue box when you buy the game.

When you buy any early access game you are buying whatever state the game is AT THAT POINT.

But just like any other game you buy, the licence is permanent so any updates, full releases or whatever remain yours too.

Do note though, as this seems to be a common misunderstanding with Early Access, that when you buy an early access game there is NO GUARANTEE WHATSOEVER that it will be finished.
