Report a translation problem
It would possibly help if you said where you are seeing this issue- Steam Client Stable, Steam Client Beta, The Steam website, the Steam mobile app... and what general world region you are in, as it could be a regional server issue that isn't affecting everyone.
Maybe try deleting Steam browser data.
In Steam settings > in-game > delete browser data
No just the app. Will try the browser though, thanks(never used the browser method.. looks like I'll have to now.
