That being said, it's happeneing and I already include it in my Wishlist cause this is a day one purchase. This thread is 5 months late but hey, better late then never.
Wishlisted also. The open world of the game is awesome and the wind guide is pretty cool idea.
I remember many years ago, starting an account with Steam, if only to post on the forums to make requests that games i would love to play, would come to consoles.
And that very request, would be like opening the gates of hell. Called every name in the book, discarded and beaten.
But then it happened. All the games i wanted to play, like a kid looking thru a window of a Xmas cookie shop, the games started to come.
Now, i go onto to almost anywhere here and ask, "any chance to bring this consoles"? And the answer almost every time, is yes. Even crossplay.
A lot has changed over the years, and that's a great thing for players as a whole.
Except for nintendo, they will never be on steam sadly. There so tight butt with their IP's they even sue over fan games like that metroid one that is really good, if you know the one im talking about. Heck there even going after Palworld.
Nintendo only goes after fan made games if the fan game uses Nintendo assets. There's still fan made Pokemon game that you can download and play. Nintendo isn't going after palworld at all. In fact Nintendo can't sue palworld at all. Pocketpair didn't steal Nintendo assets. (wheres your source for this).
Also looking forward to what modders will come up with
I dream of a future where Nintendo experiences sustained commercial failures in hardware ala Sega, forcing them to bow out of hardware entirely and move into multi-platform publishing.
It's the longest of long shots, but it could happen. I thought Sega was a hardware juggernaut too, and in less than 10 years they announced their departure from hardware manufacturing.
I think sony is in the process of doing that. PS5 sales are very poor due to how high the price is, and there failing badly. That is one reason why we are getting more games from it on steam at least.
There is even rumours of DISNEY buying out sony..ugh.

Yes, they have tried in the past too, but if sony is failing pretty bad, disney may buy them out.
Yea Christmas came early this year for pc players!
But then something clicked. The combat gets deeper, the world more interesting.
In the end I put like 140 hours into the game and I still feel like replaying. Highly recommend.

PS5 already has over half the sales (58+ million) of the ps4 (115 million) in three years compared to the ps4 that has been on the market for a whopping 11 years. PS5 is doing just fine and in 3 years it's already the 11th best selling console of all time. Xbox x and s combined has half the sales of the ps5. I have an Xbox too so I really don't want to be partial one way or another but at least speak facts.
And Sony being bought by Disney is the biggest nonsense I've heard all year. Sony has had a higher yearly revenue than the entire Disney Corporation for decades. If you're that dumb and ignorant it's better to keep your mouth shut than to make a clown out of yourself.
