I've searched a bit about this issue and found out that it happened to almost everyone. I presume it is an error. I hope it is otherwise why the hell am I got blocked. Is this thing happened to you guys ?

it happened to me last week but after a couple of days it went back to normal after i signed out then back in again

Rather than discord, the problem lies at Cloudflare. They recently changed something within their API and discord due to this has to adjust stuff from what I can tell.
Ever since that change this issue has been occuring everywhere.

Sometimes you can connect, but not see any messages. Sometimes you can see messages, but not send any messages. Usually indeed, you can't connect; you get that error.

A number of people already reported it and Discord seems to be aware, so... just wait it out.

Same thing is happening to me right now some people say it still works with the browser version but also there I get an error message. Only mobile still works.

Don't worry about it. It's actually a Cloudflare CDN issue and they are aware of it.

So yeah, seems a basic issue and not related to any specific account.
