You at least have the SteamDB plugin due to the "Sub 62700" tag under it, so either that or something else is giving you the price history like that.
Turns out that it is due to EU compliance. Interesting...

This is what I see right now. On the client. No caveats.
And this is the one time where a EU directive made to protect me as a consumer somehow ends up making the shopping experience worse.
