They don't, however. They only enforce that rule to protect those spewing hate.
The posts you commented on in that forum did not post hate against those people. Someone saying 'I hate woke' isn't the same as targeting specific groups of people.
You understand the irony of using 'reees about x' and saying you have a moral high-ground when the term 'reeee' is used to make fun of those on the Autism spectrum.
Easy, simple, no more headaches.
There was a thing, tinny screeching from the incels and anti-woke crowd when the SF6 announcer was shown, because said character was not a white, cis male.
People gargling 'go woke, go broke' are, literally, saying they hate anything and anyone NOT THEM in their media of choice.
You are not helping your case.
Speaking as someone on the Autism spectrum; I've never heard 'reeing' be applied as a derogatory term for those of us on the spectrum.
My 'case' is that mods are abusing their position.
There's no 'helping' or 'hurting' it because it's actual fact.
Speaking as someone on the spectrum, I have.
They aren't abusing their position. They act upon reports. Engaging in rule breaking behavior as a response to what you consider rule breaking behavior doesn't make you immune to moderation.
People will always complain about things. Sometimes, such things make sense, sometimes not, and it isn't worth risking your account over these battles. Feel free to discuss them but the moment one resorts to insults to make a point, they already lost. Just saying.
When taking a moral stance it is best not to stand on quicksand when your own biases and bigotry cannot stop you sinking.
