Best modern first person dungeon games
I have 3 friends that want to play a first person dungeon game like this:

I need online co-op and modern graphics.

Thanks

You’re going to have issues finding 3D, party, mouse/block movement dungeon crawlers which have multi-player - it’s a tiny genre today.

The last proper ones made….were most likely…the Legend of Grimrock games.

Edit: Also, their particular movement/turn-based nature doesn’t really make them multi-player friendly.

Edit 2: If you fine with no first person view and turn-based, Gloomhaven could work.

That is really sad, I was hoping with the number of D&D fans there would be more.

Back in the Amiga days I played a grid based, first person, turn-based, game like that on split screen local co-op and it was great. We just took turns advancing and fighting.

We are currently playing this and having great fun.

I just wanted first person so I am keeping an eye on this.

I think Eye of the Beholder might be a better example because that's a game many still remember (or play?):

Anyway, a little Google search for similar EOTB games is easy and I think somewhat refreshing:

As well as:

... can't comment on any of them being multiplayer (doubt it, but who knows..) but yah. Seems there's plenty to pick in this genre.

Oh, thanks for the heads up on that - hadn’t heard about that game.

We seriously need some new games in this genre - modern “action RPG” are great but I seriously miss the dungeon puzzle solving nature of these. Also, they had a real eerie, claustrophobic feel that’s missing now.

Barony is pretty fun if you want to do it multiplayer.

It does have a learning curve though
