Music on wallpaper engine

I’ve been seeing many wallpapers using copyrighted music from popular artists. I decided to create wallpaper today that I would like to publish, but it uses music that is most likely copyrighted. This brings me to the question, can you use copyrighted music on wallpaper engine?

For personal use nobody cares.
If you publish it for free, it requires an agreement from the artist/publisher (so most likely no when it comes to big names)
If you want to use it commercially, while it also requires an agreement, the answer is no in most cases.
