Yes it would be funny ..
If steam was actually doing it's job ..
~to protect it's customer base
(it's bottom line)
Although they get about 10 warnings (in a short period) before that happens, which is unlike regular users (who get 3, in their lifetime.....)
They're more patient with developers; no clue why.
I guess it maybe because they cannot ban them from just the community hubs or ban their rights to moderate it alone or something like that. They would also ban them from announcements and providing updates to each game and stuff like that.
Well i'm quite sure with Thousands of Steam Customer(s) complaining ..
and proving their issue(s) are indeed Dev fault ..
Unbanning those Steam Customer(s) you would THINK ..
Should be The First Thing Done !!

Steam does it too as well ..
They been doing it ..
It's the real reason as to *the why they allow it* ..
'good for the goose good for the gander' type crap ..
And until this is FIXED ..
